Wat is Energy healing?

Albert is a clever man, isn't he? Just like Albert, I feel that everything is energy. In our short lives, we experience many events that leave a deep impression on us (often unconsciously). Sometimes we're unable to fully process certain emotions, and these remain stored in our bodies. Think of the pain of a broken heart or old wounds from the past. These unprocessed emotions can cause blockages, triggers, and a feeling of heaviness in daily life.

Energy healing helps release this trapped energy and restore balance to your energy field. By intuitively tuning into your energy field, I sense where blockages are and which chakras need healing. As an energetic mediator, I guide the process of releasing energy, allowing it to flow freely again. This brings balance, space, and peace to both body and mind.

Energy healing , is it something for me?

 

You don't have to "believe" in it to benefit from it. Your body knows exactly what needs to be released. Most people experience peace and a lighter feeling after a session, but everyone is different. Sometimes multiple sessions are needed to bring your energy field back into balance.

And uh, how exactly does such a session work?


On-site session (currently this is still in my couvh until I find a practice) or remote (online)
Duration: approx. 75 minutes

Before the healing we discuss what you want to work on / your problem / your curiosity.
You then lie down quietly in my couch or at home with a blanket.

Relax! And I'll tune into your energetic body!

After the session you will receive a short feedback or reflection.

What is Coaching?

BODY · MIND · SPIRIT
I believe that true healing occurs when body, mind, and spirit are in balance. By working with each of these levels, space is created for profound transformation. Coaching is a process of guidance in which you, as the coachee, are central. Our brain is naturally focused on protecting ourselves from pain. As children, we developed strategies to avoid pain—such as people-pleasing, controlling behaviour, or escapism. These patterns once helped us, but now they work against us.

Through various coaching techniques, we explore your patterns, saboteurs, and triggers, helping you get to know yourself better. We use conversations, body-oriented exercises, visualizations, and meditations. This way, we connect your head and heart and connect with your true self. It's a process of awareness and growth, in which you learn to fully embrace your power and manage your triggers.

Healing doesn't just happen in the mind. It arises when you learn to listen to the signals of your body, the silence of your mind, and the wisdom of your soul.
